We do offer a 30-Day Guarantee for all retail purchases. Our Retail Customers have thirty days from the invoice purchase date to request a refund for all open and unopened items in good condition. Shipping fees are non-refundable. To start the return process, a Return Merchandise Authorization will need to be issued as well as instructions given on how and where to send it back. If eligible for a refund, it can take up to thirty days from the date we receive the package for the return to be processed and for a credit to be applied back to the payment method used to purchase the order.

Customers have 24hrs from the time of the order to cancel the order. Once the item has been shipped all sales are final and non-returnable. Due to the nature of this product and shelf life and tampering policies they can only be shipped once.
